Excellent Service

I started using this app 3 months ago, and from what Ive seen so far, excellent. The clarity of sound, the ease of rewinding and moving forward, and lastly the options of books.

Ive been wanting to read a certain book, and at first couldnt find it on the app. I emailed in and asked if we can request books, and within the hour they replied back with a yes! From what I see now, and by far the most impressive thing the service here. With an app, I typically dont expect a quick turn around time on service emails. You dont find that anywhere now days...

I will be a client for a longtime coming.
