Never get this app

Im really frustrated because after the free one month trial (which I used online once) I forgot my Audiobooks and when I tried to change it it led me to an error page. I forgot about it and then it cost me $15 and I still couldnt change my password so i contacted them, no reply. Then the next month I got another $15 charged from my card and finally managed to cancel my subscription. They accepted to reimburse the first one but Im still mad that it cost me $15 ($20 CAD) for no reason.
