Easy to use and efficient

This is a really user-friendly app, very easy to get the hang of. I listened to The Ladies of Grace Adieu, and everything was fantastic (the sound quality, no problems with the app). It remembers where you stopped, which is very convenient, since some apps will make you try to find the place you stopped or restart and lose their place. All the controls are very simple and efficient. Customer service are very prompt and helpful as well. The selection of books is great, I found exactly what I wanted. The only issue I have is that I think the website should have made it clear that audiobooks can only be listened to from the app. I wanted to download an audiobook to my computer and put it on an iPod, but that wasnt an option. I would have preferred being able to download to a computer, and I certainly would have wanted it made clearer that it was not an option. Other than that, it was lovely!
