Sure it is only my first time using the app or signing in to my free trial, but there are several benefits I have enjoyed already. Pros: clear and expressive narration keeps me interested and engaged, easy to understand even with delightful emotional inflection, easy to use the app, no freezing up, easy to fast forward and rewind to repeat in case Ive missed something, listen on the road via Bluetooth (road trip!) or while coloring, etc, book immediately available once purchased, may listen via app or on the site itself, a benefit since my computer, while Im on it, does not support apps. I can also feel more secure paying via PayPal, so that is one less site that keeps my financial info on file. Cons: 15$ a month for only one free book (per month) and subsequent books must be purchased. Everything has a price, and the price is relatively inexpensive I suppose, unless youre an avid reader/listener like me, so I think it may be quite pricey to sate my hunger for stories. But I think of it as reasonable, the narrator has the hard work of perfecting the rendition, which equals to ten to twenty hours or more of a finished work. Unless they read it perfectly in one sitting, it seems it could amount to easily one hundred hours of work. When I think of that, it seems very reasonable indeed. Thank you guys.
